I'm Nina Addeo, founder of I Do Wedding Marketing, lifelong wedding industry obsessive, and probably the only social media strategist out there who studied rhetorical communication in college (before social media was even a major).
I started my career as an admin assistant for a group of wedding venues, which really helped me learn the business from the inside out. We’re talkin’ vendor lists, showcases, cake, linen orders, the whole nine. That industry-centric foundation is why my strategy doesn't sound like generic marketing advice squeezed into a wedding-shaped box. Rather, it sounds like someone who actually knows what it takes to book a couple, support a vendor, build lasting industry relationships, and, well, actually run a wedding business. How do I know all this? Because I've watched it happen, up close, for over a decade.
